I don’t want to stand out and look like an American. Any suggestions on how one should dress in these countries. I am a middle aged woman who will be travelling with another younger woman and a younger man.

Im hoping to travel to Nepal in July to volunteer in one of the orphanages there. I’ll be travelling from the UK and staying for one month. Little confused about what visa i’ll need though, can anyone help?
Also… if anyone has been to Nepal or done something similar then can can you give some guidence on what to expect?
