I noticed that Lufthansa, KLM and Swiss seem to have no more direct fliehts to Kathmandu anymore. Any suggestions? I need to get from Frankfurt to Kathmandu this spring.
The government of Nepal and Maoist have reached to an agreement of ending the armed violence and keeping peace in the country, but US Ambassador to Nepal is still very skeptical about the peace process
So many countries have discouraged their citizens regarding “TRAVEL IN NEPAL”. It might have been just and beneficial to the travellers and the travel-host country in the past when there was not peaceful situation in Nepal. But, its been almost two years that Nepal has overcome its arm-conflict and it is very peaceful now. So, in my opinion we should not not think more about Nepal and traveling around it.
