What airline would I use to get there? What are some cheap hotels for backpackers? What is the weather like in the capital?

I don’t want to stand out and look like an American. Any suggestions on how one should dress in these countries. I am a middle aged woman who will be travelling with another younger woman and a younger man.

I have conflicting information about the best times to trek. Will it still be monsoon season in September? I’m not keen to trek through torrential rain!
