Can I Enter Nepal From Bangladesh By Road?
Posted in Nepal on 06/08/2009 05:17 am by NepalI’ll be in northern Bangladesh (Rangpur) in September acomplia sales 2009 for a research and after that I want to go to Nepal (through Darjeeling) by road. Is it possible to get busses from Rangpur to Darjeeling? Are they safe?
By the way, I have sorted out all visa things, what I need to know is the availability and safety of road journey there.

I haven’t travelled this route but I have travelled on local busses in India as far as the border with Nepal. You can normally find local bus services if you don’t mind roughing it and you’ll probably have to change busses at each border.
There is a land crossing on the road between Siliguri and Kakarbhitta in Nepal.
As far as I can see you don’t need to go to Darjeeling if you don’t want to – you can change busses in Siliguri instead.
