you could enter Tibet from Nepal. Take a plane to Lahsa and then you could choose either train or flight to Beijing. I recomend you to take the train for it’s cheaper and nicer with the landscape.
By railway,it takes 48 hrs with the price of 1000 RMBmax.
By Air,for about 6 hrs with 3000RMB.
